First few looks

Alright... as promised - here are some easy quick looks for busy mommies. Keep in mind you can find clothing similar to that in the pictures at stores like Forever 21 and JCPenny. I actually think Forever 21 has beige studded sandals very similar to those posted below.

First look is a very spring/summer look.  Printed top, colored shorts and a light short sleeved cardigan created a put together look without having to put on or do a whole lot.  I also like to have mainly neutral color shoes to make sure I will be able to get the most use out of them.

A great Fit and Flare dress that can be dressed up or dressed down can also be a great staple for your closet.  Try to find a dress that has more of a classic feel and can be made casual or dressy through accessories and shoes.

  2. Thank you! I read yours too! I put those outfits together through polyvore. Target has a similar cardigan (and it's a fraction of the cost) http://www.target.com/p/merona-women-s-open-stitch-cardigan-sweater-assorted-colors/-/A-14316225

Jones New York also has one :o)

  3. Love this! I actually have the blue lace dress from Target in the second set of outfits! I'm working on building a new wardrobe with things that are easy to put together, and like you mention above, easy to dress up or down. Enjoying your blog, reading a post here and there when there's time :)

  4. Thanks for reading! I'm glad you like it! :o) It can be difficult to look "put together" when you literally have a minute to put it together! I'm also having to change my wardrobe. Clothing that was appropriate for an office is not appropriate for running around with baby! lol
