There it was. That overly ripe banana that I knew no one was going to touch. "What am I going to do with you?" I didn't want to just throw it out. And I wasn't in a smoothie mood. So what did I do? Search the internet, of course! I came across this idea from The Burlap Bag. And I love it.
2 Ingredient (plus toppings) Cookies
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup of Oats
Toppings (chocolate chips, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, etc.)
(I used what I had in the house. Maple and brown sugar oats and raisins)
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Mix (I used a fork to smash the bananas while mixing) bananas and oats in bowl until well mixed.
Add toppings and mix
Spoon batter onto GREASED or lined cookie sheet
Cook for 15 minutes
And you're done!
